This is Lebanon High School, probably about 1917 or 1918. I can only identify two people. The tall girl on the back row, second from the left is Anna Willers and the boy sitting on the right step is Fred Willers.
Boni Lages identifies her Aunt, Gertrude Tigard, as the 4th girl from the left in the second row.
Betty McCashland Orvis of Lebanon says that she is 99% sure that bottom row, 2nd from right is Carl Waterman.
