The Driscol / Howell Family

Luella Irene Sims was born August 31, 1847 in Union county, Indiana. She was the daughter of John and Irene Allen Sims. She married John L. Driscol about 1872 and they had one son. On December 14, 1880, she married Erastus Howell.
